Support Sales, Marketing, and R&D by preparing technical refractory proposals, presentations, and product trials.
Conduct refractory site assessments, supervise installations, and ensure projects meet technical and safety standards.
Troubleshoot issues, perform refractory failure analysis, and help resolve quality or service concerns.

You’re a technically strong communicator who enjoys solving problems and building trust. You bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ceramics/materials or mechanical preferred).
5+ years in an engineering role, with 3+ years in refractories or a related high-temperature field.
Strong troubleshooting and failure analysis skills with a bias for action.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfort balancing multiple projects while supporting customers in the field.
Willingness to travel (~50%) to support customers and projects.
