Research Imaging Specialist II-Ophthalmology
Position Summary:Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and operations of retinal imaging instruments, train users and provide hands-on assistance.Key Responsibilities:Support state-of-the-art computer-assisted high speed optical coherence tomography (OCT), maintain instrumentation, and operate imaging equipment.Communicate with and instruct equipment usage as necessary to researchers with various knowledge levels in imaging technology.Communicate with suppliers to report problems, repair, or replace faulty equipment.Data recording and bookkeeping.Oral and written presentation of activities performed in the laboratory is expected for
