The Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities occasionally needs to hire employees on a temporary and/or casual basis throughout the year. These positions perform a variety of nonacademic and/or academic work responsibilities on a temporary or casual work schedule, as defined below:Temporary: Limited to 67 or fewer days of work in a calendar year.Casual: Limited to working 14 or fewer hours per week; are not limited to 67 days of work in a calendar year.Duties may include, but are not limited to:(50%) Collaborate with departmental faculty and/or staff to facilitate ongoing projects(50%) Gather and analyze dataThis does not constitute a posting for vacancies, but establishes a pool of applicant
