We are seeking a postdoctoral scholar for an industrially funded project. The research focuses on developingwaterborne polymers with high levels of renewable biomass using renewable nanoparticles in heterogeneouspolymerizations. The goal is to produce high-biomass latexes for coatings, sealants, plastics, films, and adhesives.Overview of positionPrimary responsibilities include synthesizing renewable monomers, polymers, and composites, characterizing raw materials and reaction products, and overseeing product performance testing.
