BS or Master Degree in Materials Science/Engineering or Chemical Engineering. 3-5 years of R&D and industrial experiences on electronic components related area. Candidate should have knowledge and experiences on 2 or more fields in ceramic processing, thin film processing, PCB process technology, ink/paste formulation and process quality control; highly motivated and capable of working under pressure, strong analytical skill and hands on capability. Working experiences on circuit protective devices will be a plus.
Conduct process development works in an industrial environment. The position will involve in process development and refining of manufacturing processes and equipment. The engineering efforts will also include the daily process control, supervising and training for R&D and production technicians.
